The current state

Managing 100+ supplier ESG submissions in spreadsheets does not scale.

That's fully supported — the consultant uses a single Pro account to maintain Passports for multiple clients, and each client's Passport surfaces on your dashboard the same way as self-reported ones. No special configuration needed.

Invited suppliers create and share a Passport for free — no credit card. You pay for the collecting side — the invitations, the reminders, the completion tracking and the one view across your network — and you manage up to 10 Passports of your own on top of it.

Pending, accepted and completed invitations all count toward the limit, so a slot stays used once you have invited someone. Email us if you need the limit raised.
