For procurement & supply-chain teams
Collect supplier ESG information without another spreadsheet chase.
Invite your suppliers, track their progress, and receive every response in one consistent format. Suppliers answer once into a Passport they keep and reuse — which is why they finish it.

The current state
Managing 100+ supplier ESG submissions in spreadsheets does not scale.
Most procurement teams collect ESG data from suppliers via custom questionnaires sent over email, returned as Excel attachments that each look slightly different. Reconciling that data into network-wide reporting consumes weeks of analyst time every quarter. Audit trails are weak. Updates are missed. Suppliers get frustrated by repeated, slightly-different requests from different customers.
How Supplier Mode works
One platform for invitations, data collection, dashboards, and exports.
Stop chasing suppliers one email at a time
Invite suppliers individually or by CSV. Each one receives an invitation email and a guided flow carrying your logo and colour, and automatic reminders go to anyone who hasn't responded — so following up is not your Tuesday afternoon.
Read every response in the same shape
Every supplier Passport uses the same VSME-aligned schema, so the data lands comparable across your network. No reconciling two hundred differently-structured spreadsheets at the end of each quarter.
Know where the network stands
Network averages for Scope 1+2, renewable and recycling share, plus top emitters, certification coverage, response funnel and a country breakdown. Export the full supplier list and its data as CSV for your own reporting workflows.
Give suppliers something they'll actually finish
Your suppliers get a guided flow on your branding and keep the resulting Passport for their own use — which is why they complete it. You get a dedicated point of contact and a DPA.
Standards alignment
Built for ISO 14001 §8.1 supplier management
The updated ISO 14001:2026 standard, particularly Clause 8.1, mandates that organizations establish operational controls and influence over the environmental performance of their value chain and suppliers. Supplier Mode delivers the standardized data collection, documented information, and continuous improvement tracking required by auditors under §8.1, §7.5, §6.1.2, and §10.3.
Learn more about ISO 14001 alignmentWorking with consultants?
Supplier Mode works the same whether your suppliers self-report or use a consultant.
Many SMEs in your supply chain work with sustainability consultants who fill the Passport on their behalf. That's fully supported — the consultant uses a single Pro account to maintain Passports for multiple clients, and each client's Passport surfaces on your dashboard the same way as self-reported ones. No special configuration needed.
