If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first purchase, contact us and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are reviewed case-by-case.

Yes. Cancel from your billing portal in one click. You'll keep your paid features through the end of your current billing period, then automatically revert to the Free plan.

No. An invited supplier creates their own EcoDiligence account and their own Passport, on the Free plan, with no credit card. The Passport belongs to them, not to you — they can reuse it for their other customers, which is the reason they finish it. Supplier Network charges for the collection side: the invitations, the reminders, the completion tracking and the network view. If you want a particular supplier to have Pro features, we can arrange sponsored Pro for them — email us and we'll set it up.

Pending, accepted and completed invitations all count toward the limit, so a slot stays used once you have invited someone. Email us if you need the limit raised. The count is over invitations, not over suppliers who finished — so a supplier who has not responded yet still occupies their slot.

Your profiles stay public and accessible. You can edit your most recent profile; older profiles become read-only with the standard watermark. We never delete your data — upgrade again anytime to unlock editing. Optional Advanced Disclosures (VSME Comprehensive Add-on + ISSB Transition Readiness) you filled while on Pro stay safely in our database too; they simply stop appearing on your public Passport while you're on Free, and reappear instantly when you upgrade again.

Yes. Switch from your billing portal. Annual saves $169/year on Pro and $149/year on Supplier Network — most customers switch to annual after a month or two.
