What We Don't Do

Why this page exists

We have no customer logos to put on this site, and we are not going to invent them. What we can offer instead is a page an advisor can check before recommending us to a client, and a page a buyer can check before accepting a supplier's Passport as evidence of anything. This page is generated from an internal document called the capability truth table — the same file that gates every claim our marketing pages are allowed to make. If a page on this site describes a capability in the present tense, it maps to a row in that table; if it doesn't, that's a bug in the page, not a disclosure it can skip.

Nothing below is phrased as a feature we're proud of. It's a record of the boundary between what the product does and what it is sometimes assumed to do.

Not built

These do not exist in the product today, in any form. Where we have committed to a timeline, it is quoted below exactly as it appears in our own roadmap constant — never retyped, so it cannot drift between this page and the in-product “coming soon” screens that quote the same source.

Not built, and not on a committed timeline

These are not built and, unlike the items above, we are not quoting a delivery date for them — none is committed.

• Independent verification / audit — No implementation anywhere in the product. Every ESG Passport is self-reported and stays that way — we are not an audit firm and have no assurance product on the roadmap.
• Clients editing a Passport inside their advisor's account — Every profile query is scoped to one organization. Adding a seat for a client inside an advisor's account would let that client see every other client's Passport — a confidentiality problem, not a missing button. An advisor keeps editing control; the client receives the link and the PDF.
• Year-over-year emissions tracking — There is no year-over-year field anywhere in the product. A new reporting period is a new Passport, not an update to the existing one.
• Supplier scoring or benchmarking — Nothing in the supplier-network code produces a score or ranks one supplier against another. The network dashboard shows averages and counts, not scores.
• Automatic questionnaire matching / coverage percentage — There is no engine that reads a buyer's questionnaire and returns a match percentage. Coverage Check (below) is a related, narrower feature — read its own limits before assuming this is it.

Built, but narrower than it sounds

Everything in this section is real and shipped. Each one also has a boundary that the plain-language name doesn't convey on its own — stated here in the same sentence as the capability, which is the rule we hold marketing copy to everywhere else on the site.

• Country-specific emission factors — we maintain a dedicated Smart Pack, with its own grid emission factor, for 11 countries. Every other country falls back to a labelled EU or global average, not a dedicated factor.
• Coverage Check — estimates how much of a questionnaire your Passport data would answer. It is an estimate, not a score, and it is conservative by design: an uncertain match counts as not covered, so the tool can understate what you hold but is built never to overstate it. It does not fill in the questionnaire, and a high result is not a prediction that your customer will accept it.
• AI utility-bill parsing — reads an uploaded bill and extracts the data, but it is quota-limited: 2 a month on Free, unlimited on Pro. It does not do your reporting for you; you still review what it extracted.
• One reporting period on Free — the Free plan covers a single Passport. A second reporting period is a second Passport, and creating one requires Pro. The existing Passport's public URL and PDF keep working, unchanged, for as long as the account exists — updating it in place is free forever. Free does not support year-over-year tracking as a feature, because that feature doesn't exist (see above).
• Advanced Disclosures — an optional, opt-in module available on Pro. It is a curated subset of two frameworks' questions, not a full VSME Comprehensive Module submission and not a formal ISSB Transition Plan.
• Multiple Passports — up to 10 on Pro, unbounded on Enterprise. This was “unlimited” on Pro through 2026-09-09; it is capped now.
• Framework mapping — wizard questions are mapped to disclosure requirements in the standards we support. Mapping is not certification, and this is not a compliance audit against any framework.
• Supplier network size — networks range from 100 to 5,000 suppliers depending on tier. There is no unlimited tier.

Things we will never say

This is the section worth trusting most, because it's a list of claims we've already found live on this site, wrong, and removed — not a hypothetical.

• “Audited” or “verified” ESG data. Every Passport is self-reported. There is no independent verification step anywhere in the product.
• A single precise percentage as a Coverage Check result. The result is a range, deliberately biased to understate rather than overstate what you hold — a single point figure claims more precision than the method supports.
• “Score” for the Coverage Check figure. It is a coverage estimate against one questionnaire, not a rating of your ESG performance.
• “Compliant with every ESG framework” or “audit-ready.” We map data to frameworks; we do not certify compliance with them, and standards alignment is not the same claim as an audit-ready report.
• “Unlimited Passports” or “unlimited suppliers.” Both are capped by plan, stated above.
• “White-label.” Supplier-facing pages support a logo and a primary colour. That is branding, not a white-labelled portal.
• Listing an unbuilt item as included — API access, SSO/SAML, multi-user accounts, or any other roadmap item described as available today rather than planned for 2027.
• A fabricated country or customer count. If a number appears on this site, it is computed from the same code path as this page's Smart Pack count above, not typed in by whoever wrote the copy.
